Wake Up Smoothie

“To be honest I could have this smoothie any time of the day it work’s well as breakfast, a post work-out pick me up or a refreshing snack!”

Ingredients

  • Handful of Blueberries
  • One Banana
  • 2 tbs Vanilla Low Fat Yoghurt
  • Squeeze of honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp LSA
  • 2 tsp shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein *optional
  • 1/2 cup zymilk (any milk will do)
  • 1 cup ice

What to do!

1. Throw it in a blender until smooth! Wa-luh!
