- Handful of Blueberries
- One Banana
- 2 tbs Vanilla Low Fat Yoghurt
- Squeeze of honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp LSA
- 2 tsp shredded coconut
- 1 scoop vanilla protein *optional
- 1/2 cup zymilk (any milk will do)
- 1 cup ice
What to do!
1. Throw it in a blender until smooth! Wa-luh!
