“Cream Cheese Icing has to be my favorite! It just seems to go with everything.. :)”
- 250g Butter, softened
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 kg Icing Sugar (GF)
- Soften butter before beating with cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until pale.
- Add vanilla essence gradually.
- Finally, add Icing Sugar at a slow steady pace.
- Once all ingredients have been added beat until light and fluffy (Approximately 5 minutes).
Makes enough for 4 Large Cakes or 50 Muffins
