Ingredients

  • 250g Butter, softened
  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 kg Icing Sugar (GF)

Method

  1. Soften butter before beating with cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until pale.
  2. Add vanilla essence gradually.
  3. Finally, add Icing Sugar at a slow steady pace.
  4. Once all ingredients have been added beat until light and fluffy (Approximately 5 minutes).

Makes enough for 4 Large Cakes or 50 Muffins
