Hello Sunshine Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect brekky on the go option. It will keep you full and is packed with energy.

1 cup Frozen Berries

One Banana, medium (fresh or frozen)

2 tbs Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt

Squeeze of Honey

2 scoops of Protein Powder

½ cup Coconut Milk

1 cup Ice



1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, adding ice last until desired consistency is reached! Wa-luh!
