Cookie Dough Proteenie’s

I was getting bored with the usual datey bliss balls so decided to mix it up with these FODMAP friendly proteenies! You can mix and match the protein powder but it is a good addition! We also make Chocolate Peanut Butter Proteenie’s check out the recipe here.

Ingredients

2 tbs Coconut Oil, Melted

1 tbs Maple Syrup

2 tbs Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tbs Coconut Flour

½ tsp Vanilla Essence

¾ cup Coconut, Shredded

½ cup Almonds, roughly chopped

¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Method

  1. Melt Coconut oil, add in Maple Syrup and Vanilla Essence.
  2. In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients. Then add in wet ingredients.
  3. Enjoy! Xx
