Is it just me or early in the morning do I majority of the time crave something sweet? I am staying well clear of breakfast juices and their added sugar but as the weather gets warmer a smoothie seems to tick all of the boxes.
2 bananas, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup coconut milk*
2 tbs Lactose free plain yoghurt*
1 tsp natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp chia seeds
Ice
Method
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add ice as desired.
Substitutions
Any milk or yoghurt can be used.
