1 minute of sit ups  

  
 1 minute of bicycles

   

  1 minute of crunches

   

1 minute of toe taps

  
1 minute side plank (30 seconds each side)

  
1 minute of leg raises

   
1 minute of jack knives

  
1 minute plank
