Another easy at home workout for your abs in preparation for Christmas ☺️

• 10 x crunches with an 8kg kettle bell

• 10 x toe touches

• 10 x jack knives

• 10 x sit ups

• 1 minute plank

Repeat this routine a minimum of 3 times to really feel the burn 😉✔️
