- 20 x squats
- 20 x jump squats
- 20 x burpees
- 20 x mountain climbers
- 10 x push ups
- 20 x sit ups
- 20 x toe taps
- 20 x bicycle crunches
Repeat 3 times – more if you are feeling brave to reveal your ultimate bikini bod!
