Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowls

Our delicious smoothie bowl is the perfect healthy and refreshing summer treat! Make this in advance and keep it in your freezer so that you’ve always got some!

Ingredients

  • 2 x frozen bananas
  • 1/5 cup of greek yoghurt
  • ½ tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ½ tablespoon of Natvia organic stevia
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter
  • ½ tea spoon of ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk

 Toppings

  • Small handful of cranberries & almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

 

Method 

Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until consistency is smooth. Add all toppings & enjoy while fresh and cold.

 Serves: 3
