Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Smoothie

We’ve created the ultimate post workout fuel! It’s not only delicious but packed with all the nutrients you need to recover from a tough session. Drink this within 45 minutes of your workout to get the best results.


  • 1 banana
  • 5 tsp Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein, Chocolate
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbs natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 tbs natural peanut butter
  • 6 cubes of ice


  1. Throw all of the ingredients together in a blender and combine.
  2. Add ice until you reach your desired consistency. Top with extra chia seeds.
