This filling bowl is the perfect breakfast. With a balance of good fats, carbohydrates, protein and fibre it will keep you going all day long.
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp LSA
1 tsp chia seeds
2 scoops of Healthyroo protein powder
Toppings: 1 tbs Peanut Butter, seasonal fruit
1. Blend bananas, milk, LSA, chia and protein powder together, adding ice until you reach your desired consistency – I add about a cup of ice because I love it thick!
2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with toppings.
